MersifLab, representing UNS students, participated in the Incubation Program at Solocorn by Solo Techno Park.

Solocorn is a talent development program in the field of Digital Startups consisting of Hustler (Business), Hacker (Programmer), and Hipster (UI/UX Design) components, aimed at producing digital talents and startups in the angel round or speed round phase. One of the events in Solocorn, besides the incubation, is the Solocorn Expo which took place on Friday, November 24 - 25, 2023, at the Atrium Solo Grand Mall. A team from UNS, consisting of students from the Faculty of Education, demonstrated their VR product, which can enhance the learning process to be more interactive and immersive. The application utilizes virtual reality (VR) technology accessible through Oculus Quest or mobile phones, and users can easily create VR spaces using a laptop. CEO of Mersiflab, Rozin, stated, "My team and I feel fortunate to participate in the Solocorn 2023 incubation; we gained many insightful insights. Additionally, during the Solocorn Expo, we showcased our service product, and Solocorn facilitated networking and interaction among participants." The contribution of UNS students at the Solocorn event is a step forward for Indonesia in accelerating digitalization, especially in educational technology. By continuously promoting innovation and creativity, it is hoped to have a positive impact on society, particularly in the education sector.
